Your Responsibilities – You agree to share accurate details about your work history, skills, and experience to ensure the best results. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided; we can only add the details you provide to your resume. 

Revisions – We offer up to 1 revision for our Basic, 2 revisions for our Pro, and 5 revisions for our Premium kit, all within 5 business days of first delivery, to ensure your satisfaction.

Turnaround Time – Your first draft will be sent within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Payment & Refunds – Full payment is required upfront. Refunds are available in certain instances; please get in touch with us for details.

Privacy & Security – Your personal information is kept confidential and will never be shared or sold.

Results Disclaimer – We strive to position you for success, but we cannot guarantee job offers or interviews.

Ownership & Use – Your resume is yours to use, but it can’t be resold or shared as a template.
